Projects Scholars

As a GFX Projects Scholar, you will practice your engineering problem-solving and design skills working on hands-on projects under the guidance of an experienced engineering instructor.

Project Management Competencies

GFX Projects Scholars will develop problem-solving and project management strategies while building skills in communication and teamwork!

GFX Projects Scholars will work in collaboration with local K-8 schools to incorporate principles of collaborative, human-centered design into the creation of play products. You and your cohort of fellow scholars will learn strategies to solve problems while also improving your skills in teamwork, project management, and communication. 

Fall Semester (2 credit hours)

Take the projects course with an experienced engineering instructor. Learn the fundamentals of engineering design and collaborate with local schools to design and build a new toy.
