Articulate Career Competencies
Develop the ability to articulate how your experiences have prepared you for dynamic and global work environments.
Career Development scholars will build skills necessary to excel in the engineering workplace: teamwork, leadership skills, intercultural competency, communication techniques, and more. The course uses a hands-on, interactive, discussion/team-based approach with active learning exercises to help you explore your interests and prepare for a future career.
Fall Semester (1 credit hour)
Take a course taught by professional career services staff to learn and practice key career competencies.
Spring Semester (1 credit hour)
Scholars work on team projects for global start-ups and offer solutions to their host company.
